Brandon Hall is an associate director with Berkeley Research Group.

He provides expert witness services in construction litigation cases pertaining to contract issues, cost estimating, contractor performance, contractor means and methods, construction planning and scheduling, construction defects, forensic schedule analysis, and financial damages preparation and evaluation. He has led and supported expert analysis on claims exceeding $1 billion.

Mr. Hall has over ten years of experience working within the construction industry, primarily in project management, and has completed projects totaling more than $2 billion dollars. As a project manager, he has led projects involving roads, rail, tunnels, stadiums, bridges, airports, water treatment, ground remediation, foodstuffs/agricultural, pharmaceutical, chemical, residential, commercial, oil and gas, and retail. His project management experience has led to the development and deep understanding of schedules, estimating, subcontractor management, contracts, procurement, and project completion.
