Shawn Ashworth co-leads BRG’s Retail Performance Improvement practice and focuses on implementing operational improvements to drive financial results.
He is a retail and consumer products industry expert with more than twenty years of consulting experience. He has delivered performance improvement projects for dozens of clients across specialty, department stores, and wholesale brands. Mr. Ashworth leads complex value-creation programs that focus on improvements in processes, organization, and tools across the entire retail operation. His deepest areas of expertise are merchandising, planning, allocation, supply chain, and cost optimization. He is also a thought leader in the retail analytics space, with a mission of creating high-value, pragmatic solutions with rapid implementation timelines.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Ashworth was a managing director in AlixPartners’ Retail practice, where he led the Merchandising and Planning service offering. Prior to AlixPartners, he was with Kurt Salmon Associates for nine years and managed numerous retail performance improvement projects.
