From providing key support to market-leading experts testifying in high-stakes litigation to performing rigorous economic and financial analysis, you will be working on intellectually challenging casework whilst developing practical, real-world commercial experience and gaining in-depth insight into how businesses, industries and markets operate.
Your day-to-day work will include company, market and case research, financial analysis and modelling, written analysis and quality assurance of deliverables. BRG fosters a collaborative environment where you will be given genuine responsibility from the outset whilst being supported by experienced members of your team.
Associates in the London office are supported in studying, over a three-year period, for the ACA, a highly respected chartered accountancy qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Associates in the Hong Kong and Singapore offices are supported in studying for a chartered accountancy qualification (e.g. CPA with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, or equivalent) or the Chartered Financial Analyst qualification.

The ability to think through complex issues and to present logical analysis in a clear, concise manner is vital to the services we provide to our clients. Collaborative working skills are essential, as we often work in small, focused teams.
We highly value a record of outstanding academic work in candidates and so require a first or upper-second honours degree in any subject.
Additionally, candidates should demonstrate:

- the ability to communicate ideas succinctly
- the ability to produce high-quality work under tight timelines, when required
- a willingness to take ownership of work
- the ability to work as part of a team and effectively with others
- for applicants to the APAC region only: fluency (spoken and written) in one or more of the following languages: Chinese, Korean or Japanese.
