Kenelm Hoare is a mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) expert and director in BRG’s Global Construction practice based in London. A Chartered Engineer with twenty-five years of experience in the building services, engineering and construction industry, he is a particular specialist in electrical matters.
Mr. Hoare has been appointed as both an expert witness and expert advisor, with his experience covering arbitration, adjudication and litigation as well as noncontentious matters. His practice focuses on cases in the United Kingdom and internationally in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific.
Mr. Hoare’s expertise spans matters concerning backup power, design management, emergency lighting, electrical distribution, fire and security, life safety, maximum demand and MEP coordination.
