Excluded Action Criteria 

  • Civil penalties less than $10,000
  • Actions against individuals or franchises 
  • Modified, terminated, or actions terminated within same fiscal year
  • Non-consumer finance-related enforcement 
  • Actions solely related to untimely filings 

All tracker data was extracted from publicly available enforcement actions issued by federal and state regulators in FY 2025 and may not always be readily available. Actions were manually reviewed to capture key details, including product/service relevancy, alleged violations cited, penalties imposed, and relevant statutes or regulations. All citations were extracted from issued public enforcement actions.
