Report Warns of Hidden Psychological Impact of Remote Hearings

Based on interviews with BRG testifying experts and external contributors, the BRG report on The Psychological Impact of Remote Hearings has found that practitioners’ experience of virtual hearings during the pandemic has been largely positive, but psychological side effects include bias against those with technical issues, proceedings being difficult to police, and “Zoom fatigue.”
