Crypto M&A Disputes Expected to Heat Up Through 2023

The digital assets and services industry is the top sector in which mergers and acquisitions-focused lawyers and other professionals expect to see increased dispute activity in the second half of 2023, according to BRG’s Mid-Year M&A Disputes Report.
“As so much of our lives become increasingly digital and virtual … the digital assets and services sector has become a bright spot for M&A activity globally,” said Daniel Ryan. “At the same time, this growth and rapid innovation can foster uncertainty and provide plenty of fuel for M&A disputes.”
