Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Annual Conference 2021

Elizabeth Arnold and Chester Hanvey took part in a panel on “Mitigating Challenges to Successful Remote Work during COVID.” They presented on “Remote Workforce Wage and Hour Compliance during COVID.”

One difficult aspect of remote work during the pandemic has been managing both work and nonwork life activities concurrently in the same space and often at the same time. This symposium presented research regarding different aspects of managing this balance and shared methods to help improve remote employees’ overall quality of life.
