On March 18, Elizabeth Arnold took part in the panel “The Advancement of AI-Driven Employee Performance Management” at the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section’s 2025 Midwinter Meeting and National Symposium on Technology in Labor and Employment Law.
The panel explored the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology into workplace management functions. Ms. Arnold discussed legal challenges that may emerge as AI algorithms increasingly take on roles traditionally held by human decision makers.
