Faisal Amin has senior leadership experience building businesses, handling corporate and client leadership roles, and solidifying profitable C-level relationships. As a study leader with experience in benchmarking and applied research, he has focused studies on the areas of human resources, finance, operations, supply chain, and knowledge management.  

Mr. Amin also has experience in human capital, knowledge management, organizational design, strategic planning, sales, marketing, change management, international trade facilitation, and negotiations. He is an accomplished strategist and marketer, and his expertise in business performance has driven enterprise growth by building global brands and guiding top-tier companies.

Mr. Amin has worked with multinationals in designing and delivering leading-edge training and consulting programs for senior executives and high-potential audiences. He quickly identifies and diagnoses productivity and growth impediments that go beyond marketing and corporate culture.

Mr. Amin is also dedicated to fostering international business and trade activity. He was awarded a Congressional Recognition Certificate by the US House of Representatives for his “Dedicated Public Service and efforts to Promote International Trade Policy and Business Advocacy.” He is also the Honorary Investment Consular for the Government of Pakistan in the United States and serves as an advisor to the Office of Strategic Water Management Initiatives for the State of Texas.

He is involved in both civic and professional organizations and has served on the advisory boards of organizations including the Texas Workforce Development Board, International Export Academy, Texas Trade Council, Houston West Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Montgomery County, OCA Greater Houston, Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber, and the Asian American Studies Center at University of Houston.
