Sean Fishlock is a managing director in BRG’s Global Construction practice based in the Europe-Middle East-Asia (EMEAA) region.

He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Civil Engineering Surveyor, constructor, and project manager. He has thirty-three years of construction management, project management, procurement, commercial management, and construction claims experience and is a practicing expert witness on matters of project management, quantum, and project disruption.

Mr. Fishlock’s expertise has been gained from having worked for consultants, contractors, developers, and client organizations and on a wide range of national and international projects, ranging from nuclear, environmental, power, petrochemical, aviation, transport, public buildings, commercial building, and civil engineering infrastructure.

Mr. Fishlock has provided independent reports and expert testimony on matters of quantum, disruption, delay, and project management to court and arbitration proceedings internationally. His practice involves construction, property, and outsourcing sectors and spans advisory services and strategy, procurement, and dispute resolution.
