Phil Rowley is Executive Director and Chief Revenue Officer at Berkeley Research Group (BRG), where he helps law firms, corporations, and financial institutions connect with the firm’s multidisciplinary experts to address their most complex disputes, investigations, and strategic business challenges.

With more than thirty years of leadership experience in professional services, Phil partners closely with clients and BRG professionals to develop commercial strategies, strengthen client relationships, and align the firm’s capabilities with evolving market needs. His work spans the intersection of business development, sales enablement, marketing, and client success, helping organizations navigate high-stakes litigation, regulatory matters, transactions, and consulting engagements.

Phil leads BRG’s global revenue organization, overseeing initiatives that enhance client engagement, expand market opportunities, and foster collaboration across the firm’s practices and industries. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating scalable growth strategies that deliver long-term value for clients and the firm.

Prior to joining BRG, Phil held senior executive and business development leadership roles at several leading consulting organizations, where he led growth initiatives across both public and private companies. His experience includes capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, intellectual property valuation, business valuation, and financial and economic consulting.
