Noel Barry is a civil engineer and project manager with extensive experience in the delivery of building and civil infrastructure projects. In alternative dispute resolution, he specialises in forensic delay analysis, assessment of programming and disruption issues, and strategic project advisory services in the pre-dispute stage.
Mr. Barry has been appointed as a delay expert in the Middle East and Europe and regularly leads analyses on complex, high-value disputes. P engagements have included high-rise towers, residential and commercial developments, hospitals, international airport terminals, highway and utility infrastructure, shipbuilding, oil and gas facilities, petrochemical processing facilities and combined cycle and nuclear power plants.
Previously, Mr. Barry held positions with main contractors on commercial, residential and industrial projects; project management roles representing government entities in the Middle East; and senior positions with leading expert services firms.
