Martin Duckworth

Martin Duckworth is an experienced expert who focuses on the telecommunications sector. He has been involved in high-profile mergers —including Vodafone/Three in the UK and Vodafone’s acquisition of Liberty Global’s assets in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe—with a focus on explaining investment incentives post-merger.

Mr. Duckworth frequently acts as an economic expert in litigation cases, including competition law cases and appeals of regulatory decisions. He regularly testifies in courts and has given evidence in the Competition Appeal Tribunal, Competition and Markets Authority and High Court (Ireland).
