Mark Jennings specialises in forensic accounting and the quantification of complex financial losses and disputes for legal professionals and insurance clients.
Mr Jennings’ practice focuses on business interruption and loss of profits claims, compulsory purchase, breach of contract, stock losses and subrogation matters. He has expertise in cyber-related losses and aviation matters and has handled global losses across a wide range of industries.
Mr Jennings has acted as an independent accounting expert on behalf of claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert, preparing expert reports for trial and providing both written and oral evidence in court. He is also highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and arbitrations.
Mr Jennings is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
