Jamie LaGuardia-Frie

Jamie LaGuardia-Frie, MA, is a managing director in BRG’s Healthcare practice and leads business development and client strategy for the firm’s Healthcare Advisory team. She is a healthcare transformation leader with more than twenty years of experience advising payers and providers.

Ms. LaGuardia-Frie’s experience includes business development, client service, strategic advisory services, compliance, system implementations, managed services, and revenue cycle operations. She has worked with healthcare organizations throughout the care continuum to improve operational and financial performance and lead business process management and revenue cycle initiatives.

Ms. LaGuardia-Frie previously held leadership positions in healthcare consulting, including roles as chief commercial officer, growth leader, and regional market leader. She advised healthcare organizations on growth opportunities and performance improvement initiatives while helping clients address operational challenges.

Ms. LaGuardia-Frie completed organizational leadership studies through Harvard Extension School and holds an MA in communications from Eastern Illinois University.
