Jamie LaGuardia-Frie Joins BRG as Managing Director in Healthcare Practice

BRG today announced that Jamie LaGuardia-Frie has joined the firm as a managing director in its Healthcare practice. Based in New York, she will lead business development and client strategy for the Healthcare Advisory team and work with colleagues across the practice to strengthen client relationships and drive forward the team’s market position.

LaGuardia-Frie brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience spanning consulting, growth strategy, client relationship management and healthcare technology. As a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, she has helped organizations identify new opportunities, improve performance and manage risk in a progressively complex healthcare environment.

“Jamie brings expertise and a strong track record of building relationships and identifying strategic opportunities,” said Rich Bajner, a managing director and leader of BRG Healthcare Advisory. “Her experience working with healthcare leaders and teams across the industry will be a valuable addition as we continue to expand our Healthcare Advisory capabilities and help clients navigate an increasingly complex market.”

LaGuardia-Frie previously served as managing director and chief commercial officer for Alvarez & Marsal’s Health Industry Group. She also spent nearly a decade at Guidehouse, including as Health Growth Leader and East Regional Market Leader for Commercial Healthcare. Earlier in her career, she held healthcare consulting, business development and technology roles at Accretive Health and Allscripts.

LaGuardia-Frie earned an MA in communications with a focus on corporate communications from Eastern Illinois University and a BA in communications and journalism from New York Institute of Technology. She also completed the Essential Management Skills for Emerging Leaders program at Harvard Extension School.
