Alex Roque is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty years of experience providing financial and accounting advisory services in industries such as: healthcare, architecture and engineering, retail, technology, specialty chemicals, and food service.

Mr. Roque has held various positions within senior management and has provided financial reporting and analysis for both private and public companies. He has also served in key interim management roles such as chief financial officer, chief operating officer, and chief restructuring officer. He specializes in areas such as: turnaround and crisis management, GAAP interpretation, M&A due diligence, risk management, working capital management, and forecasting.

Mr. Roque has worked with senior management to effectively improve cash management and liquidity as well as to develop sound business plans.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Roque served as controller for Capstone Advisory Group (restructuring and turnaround consulting firm). Prior to Capstone, he was the chief financial officer for DCI (technology/professional services firm) and assistant controller responsible for global external reporting at Phibro Animal Health (specialty chemical manufacturer).
