Adam Shapiro

Adam Shapiro is an associate director at BRG. He has testified in the statistical sampling and extrapolation space involving design and execution of a statistically valid random sample.

Mr. Shapiro has provided expert consulting services for clients in the wage and hour space and directed cases in state and federal court. He has provided consulting services on over one hundred wage and hour matters spanning the healthcare, entertainment, restaurant, telecommunications, construction, retail, and financial sectors.

Mr. Shapiro has managed cases regarding litigation on matters involving wage and hour, statistical sampling and extrapolation, and antitrust. On these matters, he has led teams to obtain data from clients, validate data, analyze data, and produce results and expert reports. Notably, Mr. Shapiro has expertise in the healthcare hospital system, provider, pharmacy, and insurance spaces. He also has leveraged distributed cloud computing to analyze billions of rows and terabytes of data.
