Financial Institution Advisory International Arbitration
The office includes the managed services center for BRG’s Financial Institution Advisory practice, staffed by professionals with MBA and Chartered Financial Analyst credentials, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certifications and Big Four accounting backgrounds. The team supports clients through business process outsourcing, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering compliance, consumer and commercial regulatory compliance, model validation, digital assets advisory and accounting services. Headed by international arbitration practice leader Daniela Bambaci, our arbitration and litigation team provides economic and financial expert services in matters involving issues entailing financial harm. Our interdisciplinary team is engaged on disputes covering an array of issues, including expropriation, breach of contract, post-closing purchase price disagreements, share purchase agreements, post-acquisition settlements, supply contracts, joint-venture agreements and build-operate-transfer arrangements.
