BRG today announces that it has been ranked fourth in Global Arbitration Review’s (GAR) Expert Witness Power Index for 2022. The firm, which also posted a “standout” average claim value of US$603 million, submitted 60 percent more hearings to the survey year on year, with its experts handling a combined quantum of damages in excess of US$27 billion last year.

BRG also performs strongly in the “reputational clout” success factor. The guide cites the “very healthy percentage” of BRG experts ranked in Who’s Who Legal Arbitration (GAR’s source for this factor) who also are classed as Global Elite Thought Leaders, including:

  • Santiago Dellepiane, who “is the best in the field”
  • Mustafa Hadi, who “is highly intelligent, a master of his subject and very detail focused”

BRG also achieved a record ranking in the most recent edition of Who’s Who Legal Construction with 11 experts ranked, including the following Thought Leaders:

  • Jas Cheema, who “has great analytical skills and clear methods of presentation”
  • Michael Kenyon, head of BRG’s EMEA Construction International Arbitration group, who “is very good, extremely no nonsense” and “gives a very balanced view”
