Former General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Bart Peach Joins BRG

BRG today announced that Bart Peach has joined the firm as a director in the Healthcare practice. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, he brings nearly two decades of legal leadership and sustained executive responsibility at legally, regulatorily, and operationally complex healthcare provider organizations.

Mr. Peach’s expertise spans the spectrum of issues confronting modern healthcare organizations: regulatory compliance, healthcare operations, board governance, merger and acquisition transactions, buy- and sell-side due diligence reviews, payor contracting, risk, quality, safety, litigation management, and the organizational challenge of building high-functioning legal and compliance departments from the ground up.

Mr. Peach previously served as general counsel and chief compliance officer at Unio Health Partners LLC, where he managed dispute resolution and litigation across the organization and was responsible for oversight of compliance, risk, quality, payor contracting, and safety. He also held leadership roles at DaVita Kidney Care Division, Veyo LLC, and Epiphany Dermatology.

Mr. Peach holds a JD and LLM in healthcare law and policy from the Southern Illinois University School of Law and a BS from Murray State University.
