Bart Peach brings nearly two decades of legal leadership to the healthcare services sector.
Bart Peach brings nearly two decades of legal leadership to the healthcare services sector. His career has been shaped by rigorous academic training, frontline law firm practice, and sustained executive responsibility at legally, regulatorily, and operationally complex healthcare provider organizations. After his early years in a general practice law firm (primarily serving hospitals) with additional work in oil and gas, civil litigation, and complex transactions across various industries, he moved to a boutique firm focused exclusively on complex healthcare matters.
Mr. Peach distills dense, overlapping regulatory frameworks and translates them into clear, actionable strategy for executive teams and boards. Paired with his operational mindset, this has carried him into in-house leadership roles across healthcare organizations and his consulting practice at BRG.
Mr. Peach is a former general counsel and chief compliance officer (CCO). His expertise spans the spectrum of issues confronting modern healthcare organizations: regulatory compliance, healthcare operations, board governance, merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, due diligence reviews on both the buy and sell sides, payor contracting, risk, quality, safety, litigation management, and the organizational challenge of building high-functioning legal and compliance departments from the ground up.
