London International Disputes Week 2026

BRG is proud to sponsor London International Disputes Week (LIDW) 2026, now in its seventh year. The theme for this edition is ‘Tradition, trust and transformation in international dispute resolution’.

Laura Hardin will take part in the panel ‘The Art and Science of Arbitrator Selection’ on 1 June.

On 3 June:

• Sam Ormonde will discuss ‘Cross-Border Litigation in an Increasingly Uncertain World’.
• David Rogers will speak on the panel ‘M&A Disputes in 2026: It’s All About Value’.
• Kotryna Drasutyte, Edmond Lee, Marzena Meeson, Edan Miles and Dr. Robert Scherf will take part in ‘Taking Stock: Where Are We Now with Collective Actions?’

On 4 June:

• Emily Axiotis, Phil Crooks and Caroline Marley will speak on the panel ‘Professional Negligence in 2026: When Do Management and Auditors’ Actions ‘Cross The Line’?’
• Phil Allister, Sabera Choudhury and Erick Gunawan will discuss ‘Global Investigations 2.0: Investigations in the Era of AI and Future Intelligence’.
• Mark Jennings will take part in the panel ‘When Systems Go Dark – Keeping Your Business Running and Counting the Cost’.
• Steve Klemencic, Almira Kuzutbayeva and Simon Schropp will take part in ‘The Art of the Ordeal: Negotiating Settlements with the Government in the Era of ‘National Economic Security’’.

Christopher Goncalves will speak on the panel ‘The Rest Is Geopolitics: Natural Resources in a Divided World’ on 5 June.
