On November 10:
- Michael Caddick will give the opening remarks and Dana Dawud will moderate the debate “Tribunal-Appointed Experts Provide Greater Impartiality than Party-Appointed Experts,” part of the CIArb YMG Debate Series
- Mustafa Hadi will join the discussion “HKIAC: From Infrastructure to Arbitration: Resolving Asia–Middle East Disputes.“
- BRG will cohost the annual Craig Gibson Awards – Young Disputes Professional of the Year.
On November 12, Laura Hardin, Phillip Solomon and James Toal will speak on the BRG-hosted panel “The Art of Risky Business: Taming Uncertainty in Early-Stage Energy Projects.”
