On November 10:
- Michael Caddick gave opening remarks and Dana Dawud moderated the debate “Tribunal-Appointed Experts Provide Greater Impartiality than Party-Appointed Experts,” part of the CIArb YMG Debate Series
- Mustafa Hadi joined the discussion “HKIAC: From Infrastructure to Arbitration: Resolving Asia–Middle East Disputes.“
- BRG cohosted the annual Craig Gibson Awards – Young Disputes Professional of the Year.
On November 12:
- Laura Hardin, Phillip Solomon and James Toal spoke on the BRG-hosted panel “The Art of Risky Business: Taming Uncertainty in Early-Stage Energy Projects.”
- Michael Kenyon spoke at the Society of Construction Law (Gulf) 5th Annual DAW Debate, arguing the motion: “This house believes that making delay claims for overheads and profit is a waste of time and money.”
