On September 14, former California banking commissioner Walter Mix spoke in the panel “Lessons from the Recent Banking Crisis” with Brian Brooks, a partner at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, during the CBA 2023 Bankers Summit. They discussed key issues for banks and fintechs.
Mr. Brooks is the former Acting Comptroller of the Currency, which is the administrator of the federal banking system and chief officer of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
