BRG’s Women’s Leadership Initiative Presents “Path to the Boardroom”

BRG’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) employee resource group hosted a virtual panel presentation, “Path to the Boardroom.” Panelists discussed why board service should be part of career portfolio planning for women; and explored the impact and ramifications of governance initiatives focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Tom O’Neil moderated and was joined by three esteemed panelists:

• Fabiola Arredondo, managing partner of Sempre Holdings and nonexecutive board director of FICO, the Campbell Soup Company, and Burberry plc, as well as a member of the World Wildlife Fund’s US National Council.
• Jack (Rusty) O’Kelley III, co-leader of Russell Reynolds’ Board and CEO Advisory Partners in the Americas. He is a senior advisor and consultant to corporate boards and CEOs globally.
• Lois Quam, chief executive officer of Pathfinder International and named three times to FORTUNE’s list of most influential women leaders.
