Tom O’Neil took part in a panel on “Effective Corporate Compliance Programs” on May 4. This session reviewed applicable standards for assessing the effectiveness of compliance programs for healthcare organizations.

Mandy Asgeirsson discussed “Enforcement and Data Analytics” on May 5. This workshop addressed increased use of structured and unstructured data to support investigations, litigation, and other enforcement actions; and the effective use of analytics for data discovery and assessment of matters for prosecution and defense of cases.
