On July 10, Jeff George joined the panel “Working Overtime: Defense of Class Action Wage and Hour Claims” alongside Lori Ocheltree (Duane Morris LLP) at the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Annual Meeting. Panelists offered strategies to mitigate losses and prevent future claims in this challenging legal landscape of wage and hour class actions.
