
Jason Moretz
Jason Moretz is a director in BRG’s Healthcare practice and leads the Workforce Solutions Team, where he drives strategic workforce transformation across healthcare systems. With over 25 years of experience in hospital operations and clinical leadership, Jason is a Certified Emergency Nurse and Certified Transport Registered Nurse, bringing deep frontline insight to workforce strategy. His tenure as an emergency department leader and collaborator with ancillary departments has shaped his systems-level understanding of hospital operations, which he leverages to advance BRG’s workforce offerings. Jason’s leadership has been pivotal in aligning clinical performance with operational efficiency.
He has served on numerous local, state, and national committees of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), including as a national board Director and Secretary/Treasurer in 2011. A published author in the Journal of Emergency Nursing, Advanced Journal of Emergency Nursing, Becker’s Hospital Review, and BRG Review, Jason is also a national speaker on clinical leadership and workforce innovation.
