Bob Duffy is the head of BRG’s Corporate Finance practice and a member of the firm’s executive committee and board of directors (BOD).

He specializes in delivering accelerated results to CEOs, BODs, private equity and private capital firms, and lenders involved in underperforming businesses and companies in transition.

For more than thirty years, Mr. Duffy has served as an advisor across a number of industries, with substantial experience leading over one hundred engagements to help clients revitalize operations, implement operational improvements, and reposition businesses for future growth. The assignments Mr. Duffy has led have involved both public and private companies ranging in size from $100 million to more than $15 billion in annual revenue. He also frequently serves in interim C-suite roles for clients.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Duffy was the Global Practice Leader of FTI Consulting Corporate Finance, a leader of FTI’s Retail and Consumer Industry practice, and a member of the firm’s executive committee. He joined FTI following its acquisition of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) Business Recovery Services group, where Mr. Duffy was a partner. During his fourteen years at PwC, he held key roles in advising companies through turnarounds and restructurings in industries around the world.
