
Wojciech Pawlak
Wojciech Pawlak has over ten years of experience as a competition economist, consultant and enforcer. He advises clients on mergers, litigation, market studies, market investigations and other competition law-related matters.
As a consultant, Wojciech Pawlak has advised on a wide variety of high-profile cases before the European Commission and domestic authorities in UK, South Africa and Poland, amongst others. His casework has included mergers and acquisitions (such as Vodafone/Three, Hitachi/Thales and Essilor/Luxottica),* cartel litigation, resale price maintenance (RPM) cases and market studies/investigations.
Previously, Mr. Pawlak was a lead economist on merger investigations at the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). He provided recommendations to decision makers on theories of harm to investigate, types of evidence to gather and potential outcomes of cases.
