Tiffany Mitchell

Tiffany Mitchell is a director in BRG’s Corporate Finance practice. She specializes in finance transformation, operational finance, and performance improvement. With more than fifteen years of experience, she has led large-scale transformation and optimization initiatives for multinational organizations to achieve strategic, operational, and financial outcomes that enhance profitability and performance.

Ms. Mitchell brings deep expertise across the finance function, spanning record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and controllership. She focuses on operating model design, process improvement, end-to-end process optimization, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation and optimization, and strengthening governance and internal control frameworks. She combines a global business perspective with strong financial and operational discipline, enabling her to redesign processes and systems that deliver sustainable value.

Before joining BRG, Ms. Mitchell was a senior manager in Ernst & Young LLP’s Strategy & Transformation group in New York, where she led global finance transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients in consumer goods, retail, entertainment, and industrials. Earlier in her career, she spent seven years with Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH), serving as finance director for the US and Canada and as finance manager for Australia and New Zealand.
