Steve Chapin is a consulting and testifying expert in computing, communications, and cybersecurity.

Steve Chapin specializes in compliance for tech companies and litigation cases focused on technology. Previously, as a computer science professor in academia and a lead cybersecurity researcher at Lawrence Livermore National Lab, Dr. Chapin led research in computer and network security, operating systems, and formal methods. He has published more than sixty refereed publications in these areas.
