He has created and implemented hospital growth and patient care strategies, leveraging his extensive healthcare industry expertise developed in leadership and medical director roles at hospitals, Fortune 100 pharmaceutical, and insurance companies.

Dr.  Wolf has participated in and facilitated senior-level strategic decision making in healthcare delivery systems, in both organizational leadership and consultative/advisory roles. He has led the delivery of innovative, high-quality initiatives via new models of care, resulting in exceptional patient experience. Dr. Wolf also has fostered strategic alliances and partnerships within organizations and with community stakeholders to execute business strategies collaboratively.

Dr. Wolf has managed organizations to financial and operational performance targets, leading organic growth and M&A initiatives. He has helped evolve total health management, via clinically integrated networks (CINs) and affordable care organizations (ACOs), and drive new service-line delivery successes across multiple clinical domains and high-risk areas, including behavioral health, addiction, and recovery services. Dr. Wolf has focused on creating optimal healing environments and enhancing flow and throughput to support seamless transitions to the right site of service, thus reducing unnecessary service delivery variation.
