A member of BRG’s Retail Performance Improvement practice, Ryan Poole leads the merchandise profit improvement team. He brings over twenty years of experience in large-scale business transformations, merchandise profit improvement, product development and sourcing, and organizational redesign. His expertise spans product margin and cost of goods sold (COGS) improvements, reducing operational expenses, driving top-line sales growth, achieving process improvements, and overall EBITDA growth.
Mr. Poole has extensive experience delivering top- and bottom-line improvements for both private and publicly owned retail and consumer products companies. He has led business transformations in a variety of retail sectors, delivering step-change EBITDA growth and operational improvements. Mr. Poole has worked across retail verticals including fashion and luxury, discount and off-price, and mass and hardlines.
Before joining BRG, Mr. Poole held leadership roles at AlixPartners and previously held roles at Deloitte Consulting and Johnson & Johnson.
