Dr. Ryan DiGiovanni brings policy expertise, technical knowledge, innovative thinking, and on-the-ground implementation insight to every engagement. With over ten years of experience in hospital and ambulatory care strategy, he has built a reputation for helping hospitals realize untapped savings, navigate Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) audits, and streamline pharmacy operations through process improvement, intelligent data-driven decision-making, and policy.  

Dr. DiGiovanni serves as a key advisor to chief financial officers, pharmacy directors, and compliance leaders across the country, helping them align their 340B programs with broader health system goals. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois Chicago.
