While at that firm, he held several leadership positions, including serving on the firm’s executive committee, as national diversity leader, and as national leader for the firm’s business resource groups.
Mr. Pittaluga earned his JD from Boston College School of Law and a BBA from the University of Miami. He has maintained an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell since 2000 and has received numerous accolades, including being named as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” by the publication of the same name (2004, 2005, and 2006) and being recognized as one of Florida Monthly magazine’s “Florida’s Top Lawyers,” in Florida Trend magazine’s “Florida Legal Elite,” and as a “Florida SuperLawyer.” Mr. Pittaluga has authored and coauthored articles and lectured (in English and/or Spanish) on a wide range of topics, including US and international insolvency laws, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, anti-corruption in Latin America, diversity, inclusion, and leadership.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Pittaluga has given back to and volunteered in the community he has resided in, serving as an officer, on boards, or as a volunteer to legal, academic, and community-based organizations.
