Robin Samples has eighteen years of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, investigations, and financial advisory experience.

She has worked on hundreds of transactions across industries including manufacturing and distribution, restaurant, retail, construction, professional services, and technology. Ms. Samples has provided both buy- and sell-side financial due diligence to private equity and strategic clients in transactions ranging from $10 million to $1 billion and focuses on the middle market. She has also served as interim chief financial officer during post-deal integration for various companies.

Before joining BRG, Ms. Samples led the financial due diligence practice in Atlanta for an international tax and financial advisory firm and was the firm’s southeast regional leader of women’s inclusion.
