He has served as a strategic advisor to over 150 payers and providers, helping them tackle complex operational challenges by implementing sustainable strategies that drive greater financial stability, improve clinical quality, and enhance enterprise performance.

Mr. Bajner is a healthcare expert with twenty years of experience. Before joining BRG, he held roles as firm partner and director. With a focus on integrated strategy for leading payers and providers, he has expertise in network, product, and pricing development.

Mr. Bajner holds a master’s degree in health systems management from Rush University.
