Ravi Prakash is a director in BRG’s Retail Performance Improvement practice and has over twenty years of experience. He advises C-suite executives and LLPs on growth, business-technology alignment, operational efficiency, organizational design, enterprise resource planning (ERP) roadmaps, data monetization, value realization, and managing technology in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures (MA&D).
Mr. Prakash has led complex transformation programs that integrated improvements in processes and organizational structure to underlying technologies. He specializes in defining business-aligned technology capabilities, ERP strategy, and spend optimization. He is an accomplished leader in transaction execution and accelerating post-close value realization.
Before joining BRG, Mr. Prakash worked as a director with Accenture’s Technology Strategy practice leading MA&D for Retail, Consumer Products, and Travel clients in the Americas.
