Rajeev Unnikrishnan works with C-suite executive teams and private equity firms to institutionalize business performance improvement activities, enhance decision support and information management capabilities, lead post-M&A integration activities, and leverage investments in technology.

A member of BRG’s Corporate Finance CFO Solutions practice, his belief in “data-driven” transformation and expertise in working in a number of best-in-class and custom-built ERP and information systems enables him to quickly build analytical toolsets that enable executive teams to deliver results.

He has worked closely with companies in software, information storage, retail, chemicals, professional services, and education industries. In addition to leading enterprise-wide business improvement activities, he has helped corporate executive teams manage their large-scale technology transformation plans by focusing on technology risk.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Unnikrishnan led performance improvement and sales enablement programs for a fast-growing cloud product at a Fortune 100 multinational data storage and information services company. He has also worked as an equity analyst focusing on the technology and semiconductor industries for an international investment bank.

Mr. Unnikrishnan began his career as a software developer and developed solutions for clients in private equity, financial services, government, and education. He was part of the core team of developers that implemented the Grant Management System for the US Health Resources & Services Administration in 2009. He has also built a mobile app and an e-commerce portal.
