Owen Warner is an associate director and economic consultant who focuses on the evaluation and quantification of economic harm in intellectual property (IP) disputes. He has led project teams and managed client relationships in complex economic disputes related to the valuation of IP, calculation of patent infringement damages, and investigation of domestic industry and tailored remedy issues on Section 337 matters before the US International Trade Commission (ITC).

Mr. Warner has significant experience designing, conducting, and analyzing surveys to measure consumer awareness of and demand for product features. He has been retained as a consulting expert to design, conduct, and analyze surveys measuring feature use and awareness.

Mr. Warner’s experience spans industries including consumer electronics, semiconductors, consumer goods, domestic manufacturing, telecommunications systems, streaming video services, and agricultural and food products. He has worked on matters involving wireless communications protocols (4G, 5G, Wi-Fi), semiconductor fabrication, biometric authentication, and voice assistant technology, among others.
