    Nicole Dieso is an international leadership coach who works with high-performing leaders, teams, and family systems across diverse business sectors.

    Her experience includes talent assessment, performance optimization, conflict resolution, mediation, effective communication/negotiations, people management and development, and strategic mergers and restructuring around the world.

    In the human resources (HR) space, Ms. Dieso and her team specialize in executive coaching, as well as culture and process transformation.

    Ms. Dieso incorporates experiential learning informed by military accountability/resiliency and data-driven holistic health and wellness best practices into all of her work. She is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point. She was awarded the Bronze Star for displaying exemplary leadership in combat (Iraq 2003–2004).
