Nawied Bhatti

Nawied Bhatti specializes in the technical delivery of eDiscovery projects supporting complex investigations and legal matters. His experience spans end-to-end eDiscovery workflows, including electronic data processing, preparation for document review, and technical coordination of engagements. He works with legal counsel and business teams to support organizations managing multiple parallel matters.

Mr. Bhatti has designed and developed legal hold and data governance frameworks, particularly within the automotive industry. He has established legal hold processes, developed internal policies and governance models, and advised on defensible approaches to legacy data management. His investigative experience includes cross-border matters involving industrial espionage and credit fraud. He has also supported engagements across the mining, steel, and plant engineering industries.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Bhatti worked at two global consulting firms. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
