Nathan Cray

Nathan Cray is a director in BRG’s Retail Performance Improvement practice. His areas of expertise include supply chain strategy, sourcing operations, network design, warehouse management, merchandise planning, inventory management, and organizational transformation.

Mr. Cray delivers results across retail, e-commerce, and franchise distribution channels in North American, European, and Asian markets. He has worked with management teams in both growth and turnaround situations, serving in chief supply chain officer (CSCO) and senior executive roles across industries including footwear, accessories, and consumer goods.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Cray led distribution and logistics, merchandise planning and allocation, and sourcing as CSCO at Claire’s and Tecovas; and as senior vice president of Supply Chain at the Aldo Group. Prior to these roles, he was a consultant with Katzenbach Partners and Kurt Salmon Associates.
