Nate Spangler, PE, is an associate director within BRG’s Construction practice based in Denver, Colorado. He has approximately fifteen years of experience in project management, contract management, project controls, owner’s representation, structural engineering, construction engineering, and consulting.
Mr. Spangler’s industry experience includes power plants, upstream oil field facilities and pipelines, mixed-use developments, high-rise buildings, stadiums, and multifamily construction. He has managed prime contracts and subcontracts, overseen general contractors and subcontractors, and collaborated with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and design consultants.
Mr. Spangler has provided consulting services for a range of projects, including preparation of analyses and reports regarding change order entitlement, cost of repair estimates, cost escalation, delays, construction defects, and standard of care. He has also acted as an owner’s representative. His background as both a structural engineer and construction manager, with experience in the field and on the owner’s side, affords him a comprehensive and distinctive perspective on the engineering and construction industry.
