Nancy Cherashore is an associate director with Berkeley Research Group’s International Arbitration practice.

She has more than ten years of experience as an economist, valuation analyst, and case manager in matters of international arbitration and commercial cases. Ms. Cherashore has been involved in numerous matters across industries including oil and gas, electricity pricing, renewables, utilities and services, food and beverage manufacturing and services, agriculture and agrochemical manufacturing, telecommunications, airlines, financial services, construction, and other businesses.

She has assisted experts and counsel in cases involving valuation, damages, contract disputes, and other issues before International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) tribunals. Her work includes prominent arbitrations involving treaty claims with Argentina, Peru, South Sudan, Spain, Uruguay, Venezuela, and other countries.

Ms. Cherashore is fluent in Spanish. She holds a BS from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of California, San Diego.
