Mike Eveges is a senior member of BRG’s Global Construction practice and a licensed professional engineer (PE) with over thirty-five years of diverse domestic and international design and consulting experience.
He has authored numerous expert reports that led to successful settlements and/or testified in arbitration and mediation proceedings involving engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and multi-prime contracts, standard of care, construction defects, OSHA matters, lost productivity, schedule delay, and damages. His design and construction experience working for owners, engineers, contractors, and suppliers informs his expert analyses, which draw on engineering, equipment specification, estimating, scheduling, and field operations know-how spanning a range of industry sectors including infrastructure, power generation, manufacturing, industrial facilities, water/wastewater treatment, and residential development.
