
Matthew Mohwinkel
Matthew Mohwinkel brings over twenty-five years of experience serving as a strategic advisor and relationship leader with corporation and law firm clients. He leverages experts and data analytics to reduce risks and costs on compliance programs, internal and government investigations, and complex commercial litigation. His clients have included corporations across key industries such as financial services, life sciences and healthcare, manufacturing, and technology; and law firms including key practice groups such as white collar (anti-bribery and corruption and False Claims Act), antitrust, securities litigation, cybersecurity and data privacy, labor and employment, intellectual property, and eDiscovery.
Before joining BRG, Mr. Mohwinkel held in-house positions with three global technology corporations managing compliance, investigation, and litigation matters. He also previously held senior business development roles with three global consulting firms, where he designed, executed, and managed global investigation business development programs.
Mr. Mohwinkel earned a JD from the University of Iowa College of Law and BA from Saint Olaf College.
